Principal's Message

Dear Beechwood Families:

Welcome to the 2026–2027 school year! I hope you all had a fun, relaxing, and memorable summer. We can't wait to welcome back our amazing Bobcats and meet our newest Bobcats and Bobkittens as they begin their Beechwood journey. Here's to a fantastic year of learning, growth, and making wonderful memories together!

Classroom Assignments! In order to receive your child’s classroom assignment, all families must complete the online Annual Information Review (AIR) prior to the start of the school year. An email from Beechwood Registrar will be sent by July 31st. It is crucial that our office has your most current email address for this reason. After the online portion is completed and verified by the office staff, you will be cleared to receive your classroom assignment via email on Friday evening, August 7th at 4:00 p.m.  If you need help completing the online portion of your Bobcat’s information review, the office will be open on August 3, 2026.

Please mark your calendar with the following Important Dates & Times:

Monday, August 3rd:

1:00-3:00 p.m.                          Middle School Registration window for students with last names beginning with     A-M in the MPR.  Students will take their yearbook picture at this time. 

Tuesday, August 4th:    

1:00-3:00 p.m.                                      Middle School Registration window for students with last names beginning with    N-Z in the MPR. Students will take their yearbook picture at this time. 

Friday, August 7th:     

  • 11:00 a.m.                    TK Orientation in MPR
  • 12:00 p.m.                    Kindergarten Orientation in MPR
  • 1:00 p.m.                      New Student Orientation in MPR
  • 1:00-1:30 p.m.              1st Grade Meet & Greet*
  • 2:00-2:30 p.m.              2nd Grade Meet & Greet*

*An email will arrive at 12:30 p.m. from your child’s classroom teacher.  Please go directly to that classroom for the meet and greet

Monday, August 10th:             First Day of School

·       7:45-2:50 p.m.              Grades 6-8

·       8:00-2:00 p.m.              TK-Kindergarten

·       8:00-2:20 p.m.              Grades 1-3

·       8:00-2:25 p.m.              Grades 4-5

On the website, you can find a real-time school calendar that is updated daily, as well as links to Food Services and other District-level resources. Our office staff is here to serve you. Should you have questions prior to the first day of school, we are in the office to meet your needs between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. We can also be reached by phone and email.
