Digital Citizenship & Internet Safety

At Beechwood School, students engage in meaningful experiences using technology to enhance their learning. In 3rd-8th grade, students participate in a 1:1 iPad program and in K-2nd grade, iPads are shared among 2-3 students. With an increase of access to technology, comes an increase in responsibility to teach students to be critical consumers and thoughtful contributors to the digital world.

We are proud to be a Digital Citizenship Certified School through Common Sense Media. This certification validates our work in teaching students, staff, and parents about digital citizenship.
